Lecture Recital

Herstmonceux Castle invites you to join us in the Castle Ballroom where Diana Gilchrist & Shelley Katz perform well known songs and arias by Mozart, Schubert, Tchaikovsky and Strauss. 

They explore some of the ways music can be interpreted to communicate emotion and expression.

The performance will take place on the lawns in front of the castle and will go ahead regardless of the weather.
